We’ve teamed up with our partners at Hi-Fi Lausanne and PPL to support this year’s Verbier Festival – a classical music event and educational programme held in the beautiful Swiss Alps
Each year, Verbier Festival provides training and education to young artists through its Academy and Opera programmes. Over 200 musicians – including soloists, ensembles, engineers and singers – will participate in a multi-week programme of masterclasses, workshops and mentoring sessions with experienced professionals.
The Festival also includes various public events, from intimate candlelit concerts to open air performances, talks and morning hikes with music and brunch.
We have partnered with Verbier to support this year’s Academy programme. As part of this collaboration, we have teamed up with our friends and partners at PPL and Hi-Fi Lausanne to provide equipment for the Academy’s listening room. The listening room system, curated and installed by Hi-Fi Lausanne, features dCS Lina DACs and a Vivaldi Clock paired with Nagra amplifiers and Stenheim speakers. The system will be in use throughout the festival, during public events and private workshops for Academy participants.
Listeners will also be able to experience dCS Varèse paired with Stenheim’s Alumine 5 speakers at Off the Record: a one-night event where Festival artists share and discuss their favourite non-classical recordings. Off the Record takes place on July 21 at the Experimental Chalet Lounge and is hosted by Charlotte Gardner, a journalist, broadcaster, and curator of our monthly Classical Choices playlist.
We’ll share further content from the festival, including footage from events, over the next few weeks. For now, you can find out more about Verbier Festival and see the full 2025 programme at verbierfestival.com.
