Welcome to the new dCS website

Over the past few months, we’ve been working behind the scenes to build a new online home for dCS. Here, we explain the thinking behind the new site and what you can expect from dcsaudio.com

At dCS, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers, friends and partners. We’re always exploring how we can improve and enhance our work and deliver an outstanding service across all aspects of our business.

In 2020, we decided it was time to upgrade our website. After careful consideration, we embarked on a project to create an all-new platform for those wishing to find out more about what we do.

With dcsaudio.com, we set out to create a site that could showcase our products and achievements, while also providing an insight into the work that goes on behind the scenes at dCS and the unique culture that makes this possible.

One of our top priorities was making sure that anyone who visits our site can easily find the information they need, whether they’re looking to learn more about our systems, find a dealer, or contact our dedicated customer support team.

Beyond this, we wanted to create a richer experience for music lovers and audiophiles. From the outset, our aim was to create a website that can grow and evolve, providing our global community with a wide range of content that speaks to their shared interests and passions, as well as our own culture, values and dedication to craftsmanship and technical innovation.

With this in mind, we've redesigned each aspect of the site to provide dedicated sections where people can learn more about our heritage, culture and innovation.

We've also introduced a new online journal, the dCS Edit, which provides us with a space to host more music-related content (including playlists, films, podcasts, album reviews and our regular Classical Choices series), as well as articles and videos documenting our work and creative process.

In addition, we've redesigned our product pages and introduced a new virtual support hub for dCS customers, which provides answers to FAQs along with information on software, updates, product registration, warranties and returns.

The launch of the website is just the beginning. We'll continue adding to dcaudio.com over the next few months and beyond but for now, here's a look at some of the changes and features we've introduced so far.

THE COLLECTION

The Collection offers an enhanced look at our current product range. Find detailed information on the sound, design and build of our products, along with technical specifications, features, reviews and a wealth of new images allowing you to view systems from all angles.

INNOVATION

Our new Innovation hub provides a more detailed look at our pioneering custom technologies - from the dCS Ring DAC to our digital processing platform and clocking architecture - as well as our approach to performance measurement and product testing. We'll be adding to this section with videos, research papers and articles offering an in-depth look at our proprietary hardware and software and our latest technological developments.

OUR STORY

Our Story brings together information on our culture, ethos, heritage and achievements. An interactive timeline charts the dCS story so far, from our beginnings in radar and signal conversion, to our work with leading recording studios and our transformative developments in professional and home audio.

THE dCS EDIT

The dCS Edit is a new digital journal from dCS. Each month, we’ll be posting exclusive stories about our work, process and the people and projects that inspire us. From guest-curated playlists, to interviews with artists, engineers and composers, we’ll be sharing content that celebrates great music and the work that goes into creating a brilliant recording. We’ll also be publishing regular interviews with the dCS team, detailing our latest projects and innovations and the thinking behind them.

Content will be shared via our social media channels, the dCS forum, and our monthly newsletter, which you can subscribe to here.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT HUB

The dCS virtual support hub brings together information on product registration, software updates, warranties and returns, along with FAQs and contact details for our dedicated customer service team. It also includes links to html user guides and manuals.
